How refunds work
All Milee subscriptions are processed and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Refunds are subject to their respective policies.
Our commitment
If you contact us at contact@getmilee.app within 48 hours of a charge, we will do our best to facilitate a refund on your behalf.
After 48 hours, refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google:
- Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
Cancellation
You can cancel your Milee subscription at any time via the App Store or Play Store. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after 48 hours.
